Mr. Stollery began his career in the early 1960's as an engineer after completing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1961. In 1965, he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. From the late 1960's until the early 1980's, he worked as a Vice President and Director at Xerox Corporation, specializing in marketing and systems development. Since then he has been CEO of two successful transport companies, TNT Canada and TST Solutions Inc. Both companies recorded multi-million dollar sales increases under his tenure.
His experience in management and strategic development are integral components of the direction and guidance of DiaMine Explorations Inc.
Christopher O. Irwin B.A., L.L.B. – Director
Christopher Irwin has been a corporate securities lawyer for over a decade. He has advised and acted as counsel to TSE and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies with respect to takeover bids, initial public offerings, and Internet offerings. Christopher has also acted for numerous TSE and Nasdaq listed companies in connection with credit facilities, private placements, and agency transactions.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts from Bishops University in 1990. He than attended the law school at the University of New Brunswick and in 1994 graduated with his LLB. In 1996 he was called to the Ontario Bar.
