Bill Cavalluzzo - B.A. Consultant

He is responsible for increasing the overall investment coverage of the company and maintaining close contact with the investment community. He has had a long and distinguished thirty year career raising funds and increasing recognition and coverage for growing mining companies.

Throughout his career he has raised tens of millions of dollars for projects at companies such as LAC Minerals and Pangea Goldfields Inc. and has been successful increasing analyst coverage and institutional holdings at several mining companies.

In 1970 he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Pennsylvania State University and he is currently a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Timothy John Beesley - Bsc., M.S. Geological Consultant

Timothy Beesley has been actively involved in mineral exploration in Canada, Australia and South America for over 30 years.

For five years from 1967 Mr. Beesley worked as a geologist for a major Canadian consulting firm, Watts, Griffis and McOuat (Australia) Pty. Ltd., in Perth, Western Australia. For ten years Mr. Beesley was a senior geologist for a large German company, Urangesellschaft Canada Ltd., exploring for uranium in Ontario, Quebec, Labrador, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.

Since that time he has acted on behalf of senior and junior mining companies and consortiums in the exploration for and evaluation of mineral properties containing gold, nickel, base metals, chromite, uranium, diamonds and industrial minerals in Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan and British Columbia as well as gold in Ecuador in South America.

He holds a BSc. in Applied Geology from the University of Toronto and an M.S. in Geology from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Mining (Toronto) and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Stephen C Hofer - Bsc. Technical Advisor

He is a scientist with extensive experience analysing diamond qualities and grades. He has a degree in the earth sciences from the University of Connecticut in 1976, along with the Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America in 1979.

An accomplished author, Mr. Hofer has written many articles, including columns for New York Diamonds Magazine and Les Joyoux magazine in Japan. His most recent work, the 742-page reference book "Collecting and Classifying Coloured Diamonds" won international acclaim as the most extensive study ever of the coloured diamond market.

He is also an accomplished diamond cutter who graduated from the American Institute of Diamond Cutting and works with the world's top jewellers and collectors on advising the best way to cut natural coloured diamonds.
